What It Is: The ESP/LTD EC-401FM is a single cutaway LP style electric guitar with modern design components that combines traditional toneful qualities with refinements that make it play like a modern shred machine. This is a B-Stock model, and B-Stock models feature a slight blemish in their finish, but are guaranteed to work 100% like new. Additionally ESP-LTD offers a 90-day manufacturer warranty on all B-stock models. It all starts with a Mahogany Body, a flamed Maple top, a Mahogany neck with set-neck construction, and a Rosewood fretboard with the ESP pearloid inlays. Hardware includes Grover tuners, a Tune-o-matic style bridge and tailpiece, and fantastic sounding EMG Active pickups. There’s a EMG 81 in the bridge and an EMG 60 in the neck position, and they are wired to a 3-position switch, two individual volume knobs, and a master tone knob.
